Lots of throwing up. Gtube clogged, so went to Childrens to unclog it. So much retching and throwing up that it is most likely that he aspirated throw up.
2/2-
He had what appeared to be a very big seizure. Used dystat and called ambulance
2/3- 104 degrees (bacterial pnemonia)
Started antibiotics
2/4 heliox
right lung collapsed
2/6- took out jugular vein IV and then heart rate shot up to 240
emergency EKG
2/7- echogram, looks the same as Sept
Started abuterol and saline nebulizers
Still lots of onging retching and gagging
Released on 2/11
Off o2 at home on 2/14
Stopped abuterol and saline on 2/20
2/6-2/7 heart rate issues
Echogram-
Looked the same as in Sept
- sub-aortic stenosis- 11 pressure
- coarch looks the same, narrow but not blocking
- Funvion the same
- Narrowing pulminary arteries
I don't know what happened last night with heart bouncing around from 120-260
maybe sheath off of his jugular vein, but no clots seen
PVC coming from upper chambers
- not that dangerous
- can tolerate
- only concerned if it is bothering him or if it is 240 and up for an hour or 2
If this keeps going you could get an ultra monitor at home
