In food batch-
Selinium 2 drops in food

Vitamin D- 4 drops

In every 300mls of food he gets-

10 mls of Citic K (one package of citric K spread out over 24 hours)
7 mls of Sodium bicarbonate

If retching, put everything in jtube

AM- 

In G tube

• Keppra- 250 mg (1 blue tablet) 
• Topamax- 100mg (1 large white tablet) 
• Probiotic - do not use if blood in poop 

In J tube 

• Vimpat- 25 mg (1/2 oval pink tablet) 
• Zantac 18.75mg/.25 tabs
• propranolol- 10 mg= 1 tablet
• Carnitor 1/2 tab

Rectally

Flagyl 120mg= 24ml

Afternoon in j-tube

• propranolol- 10 mg= 1 tablet
• prevacid 7.5 mg
• Nano VM- 1.5 full scoop per day (slowly give it over day)

PM-

In G tube

• Topamax- 100mg (3/4 large white round tablet) 
• Keppra- 250 mg (1 blue tablet) 
• Carnitor 1/2 tab

In J tube 

• Vimpat- 50 mg (1 oval pink tablet) 
• Erythromycin- 62.5
• Zantac 18.75mg/.25 tabs
• propranolol- 10 mg= 1 tablet

Rectally

mesalamine 2,000 mg= 30ml

Flagyl 120mg= 24ml

Not taking right now
